2x 15 reps for every exercise (holding each position for about 3-5 seconds)
BANDED WORKOUT CIRCUIT:
1. banded Rdls - 20 reps
2. Tube walks - 10 down 10 back
3. Banded step backs - 30 in total (15 each leg)
4. Banded 1 & 1/2 squat - 20 reps
5. Banded hip thrust - 30 reps + 15 sec hold
