I wanted to give you a rundown about who I am and what you can expect from this blog! 📍 live in the Milwaukee, WI area 💍 married to my hubby Jon since 2014 🐶 dog mama to Dexter, a 9-year-old rescue mutt 👩‍💻 started this blog in 2016, holy crap! 9️⃣ enneagram type 9 (peacemaker) with an 8w that sometimes makes an appearance when I’m feeling feisty ♋️ introverted Cancer 🎨 my professional background is in web & digital design 🥾 in my spare time you can find me exploring local coffee shops, hiking, doing barre workouts, and binging reality TV hehe my interest in natural/holistic living was sparked in my early 20s when my hormones were out of whack and my skin was freaking out (major cystic acne) post-BC pill. it ultimately led me to search for the root cause and focus on healing from within, while being mindful of the products I was using daily to lessen the burden on my body. switching to cleaner products, consuming whole foods, ditching toxic products around my home...they all made a difference and it pushed me to further look into EVERYTHING and continually find ways I could do better!
