Chickpea Salad, with Fermented Tomatoes, Red Pepper, Cucumbers, Fennel, Coriander & Yellow Chilli. I repurposed a handful of @oliahercules fermented cherry tomatoes destined for one of her super clubs. Skinned and finely chopped, then mixed with olive oil and a touch of white wine vinegar to make a dressing. All tumbled together with @boldbeanco organic chickpeas, naturally. Cooling and tangy. Just the ticket. 🌿🌶🍅🥒
