Metamorphosis 🦋 Motherhood is truly a place of transformation and growth. No one tells you the journey into motherhood often means the death of your old self. My journey into motherhood with my two earth angels was unimaginably beautiful, yet one of the hardest things I’ve experienced. I experienced a complete metamorphosis with the birth of each of my children. With every birth, I saw my life shift in ways that I could never have imagined, each shift leading me deeper into love, deeper into my authenticity, and into my gifts and my purpose. I believe a lot of women suffer from postpartum depression after birth because they aren’t prepared for such a radical change. They aren’t given the tools to support them after giving birth.
