I am loving all the excitement I’m seeing for my latest 6-week Challenge to celebrate my @trainwithjoan Fitness App 1-Year Anniversary! 🎉🎉 This Challenge will have two great options for you: The first is for people who need some more supported work for range of motion or mobility issues. Instead of push ups from the floor, for example, you can do incline bench push ups, and work on great form, slowly lowering the bench height over time as you get stronger. ❤️ The other option is a program for beginners/intermediate lifters. You can make the challenge increasingly hard my adding weight or doing more reps of each exercise. We’ve decided not to make cardio mandatory because not everyone will need to do the same amount of cardio in order to achieve their goals. We will be having weekly discussions on our community Facebook wall however to help guide you on how to add in more cardio or steps, or how to reduce you calories, if your progress stalls. 😊 My coach/daughter @yourhealthyhedonista Head Coach for the famous @thewonderwomenofficial coaching team, will also be hosting weekly zoom calls to dive into mindset its so important to not just change your body but also change your mind. To have true, lasting transformation both have to happen. Trust me I’ve tried to lose weight many many times in my life, but it was only after doing Michelle’s mindset work that I was able to lose AND keep it off. 💪 If you haven’t joined the challenge yet, please do so today.
