🤦‍♂️ “I wish you were never a pilates instructor!” *SLAMS 🚪 * . 🧕🏼 “You’ll thank me later!” . At 10 yrs old when we found he had scoliosis I naturally made him do 10 min pilates 3x week - of course! And of course he absolutely hated it and hated me for it. Not anymoreeeeee 😅😉☺️ (ok maybe he “hates” me for other things) he’s not only standing tall (no jokes 😒) but totally body aware when he stand, sits, workouts, plays sports. Good job son 🥲
