Oh, and I just want to say that we are on a new trajectory this year. Discipline will be my middle name. Went off the rails during the holidays but with the help of my friend @therock with online training, and an arrest of cheat days being everyday, and Chik-fil-a and Dunkin’ gourmet desserts, we are on the road to glory, I tell you. One last blowout and I’m driving all gassed up to the nearest Planet Fitness, grabbing a few of those tootsie rolls at the front desk, and bam! #newyearsresolutions!
