Vulnerable post here- I found out someone from my childhood passed this morning. I debated on if I should still go to this class or not all morning but I am happy that I did. Dancing is healing in a way that we could never put into words. I didn’t tell anyone that day about the death but in some small way I feel like I did here. Thank you @haydenjfrederick for giving me the space to do so. Thankful for the community that showed up this day. & thank you universe for this healthy moving body. ♥️
