@chicagobulls legend and billionaire Michael Jordan is a founding member of @1000.north, a Jupiter-based private club and fine-dining restaurant co-created by real estate developer Ira Fenton and @nfl player Tucker Frederickson. Set along the Intracoastal with sweeping views of the Jupiter Lighthouse, the venue blends multiple dining experiences, from The Tavern’s modern American fare to a refined main dining room focused on steaks and fresh seafood, all complemented by boat access via a 350-foot dock. Now, plans are moving forward for a second 1000 NORTH location in Sarasota, after receiving partial approval from the city’s Development Review Committee. Slated for the BLVD Sarasota building, the multi-level, members-only club would feature a 179-seat fine-dining restaurant, private dining spaces, wine lockers, lounges, and a wine-tasting area, along with luxury perks like private transportation and yacht access, underscoring its ultra-high-end ambitions.
