2 MINUTE MICROWAVE BROWNIES 🍫🍰 These protein brownies are high-protein, easy to make, and seriously hit the spot! Perfect for a post-training treat, afternoon snack, or when you’re craving something chocolatey without throwing out your goals 💅🏽 Fueling your body well doesn’t mean giving up on flavour or fun foods - It just needs to be consistent, satisfying, and something you actually enjoy eating 😮‍💨 INGREDIENTS: • 45g oats • 30g vanilla protein powder (I used @trueprotein 🤍) • 10g cocoa powder • 1 Tbsp Queens SF maple syrup • Pinch of salt • 1/4 tsp baking powder • 120ml almond milk (Pure harvest is my fave) • 10g dark choc chips METHOD: 1. Blend oats in a food processor or blender until they become a fine flour. 2. In a bowl, add all dry ingredients then mix. 3. Stir in almond milk until a smooth batter forms. 4. In a microwave safe ramekin or bowl, add your mixture and sprinkle with choc chips. 5. Microwave for 90 seconds or until brownie is set but still gooey in the centre! (Tip do 10-15 sec intervals after initial 90 seconds) #highproteinmeals #fuelyourtraining #realfoodrealresults
