Coming off a win in Atlantic City we instantly had a game plan for Worlds. We started prep early and as her body changed, our plan changed, and divisions changed. Nothing was set in stone, everything we did was unorthodox. There was a lot of uncertainty, doubt & frustration during this prep but 4 weeks out we made our final decision on divisions & @sixpackchick put her head down & went full steam ahead into Worlds, like the champion that she is.
