JSHealth Lunch Series šŸ’š Roast Veggie & Halloumi Wrap = a dream combination and perfect for the cooler days. Recipe below šŸ‘‡ā  ⁠ Leftover roast veggies make the perfect wrap or sandwich filling. And did you know you can cook halloumi in a sandwich press? It’s one of our fave #hacks in the JSHealth office and makes whipping up this juicy wrap super simple šŸ˜ā  ⁠ Ingredients:⁠ 1 wrap of choice⁠ Roasted pumpkin⁠ Roasted capsicum strips⁠ Roasted red onion⁠ 2-3 slices halloumi⁠ 2 tbsp hummus⁠ Large handful of baby spinach⁠ ⁠ Method:⁠ Pat your halloumi dry with paper towel to remove some of the moisture. This will ensure your halloumi gets extra golden. Cook in the sandwich press for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. ⁠ ⁠ Assemble your wrap by layering all of the ingredients, leaving room at each end for folding. Fold up one end, then a side, then the other end before rolling up into a burrito shape. ⁠ ⁠ Toast in the sandwich press, slice and eat! ⁠ ⁠ #jshealth #jshealthrecipe #recipes
