Here are some habits worth following in September 👇🏾 1. Reading 15-20 pages a day 💡 - in a era where we can get so caught up in technology. Sometimes it’s nice to pick up a book, or listen to a podcast, or just do something that will work to keep yourself mentally sharp. 2. Getting in daily morning movement 🏃🏾‍♂️ - stretching, working out, yoga, walking/running. can’t stress how important it is to get your heart rate up first thing in the morning. I’ve found it to set the right tone for my entire day. 3. Limiting phone usage 📵 - I know I’m not the only one guilty of checking my notifications before simply brushing my teeth. It’s a terrible habit, but one I’m trying to break through repetition. 4. Practicing a hobby for 1hr day 🕚 - I spent over $1k on 2 guitars during the start of the pandemic and still haven’t learned any songs beyond the basics😂. It’s nice to have a few skills that surprise people. This will be one of mine. 5. Intermittent fasting ⏲ - I swear by intermittent fasting. Did you know that your body stores so much more food as fat when it doesnt have the proper time to digest it? I intermittent fasted for a year and lost 100+lbs. it’s time to go back to the basics.
