Fort Lauderdale’s skyline is rising fast as Andare Residences by @pininfarinaofamerica pushes ahead toward a highly anticipated 2027 debut. Construction activity is ramping up at the ultra-luxury tower planned for 521 East Las Olas Boulevard, where @related_group is advancing permits for tower cranes and core structural work following a mid-May groundbreaking. New filings indicate the project will deliver 192 high-end residences and become the third Related Group high-rise within a tight Las Olas cluster, joining Veneto and Icon Las Olas. Momentum comes on the heels of a roughly $231 million construction loan from Apollo Global Management, with the developer noting that about half of the residences were already pre-sold at groundbreaking. Updated documents show the 45-story tower will rise 542 feet, positioning it as Fort Lauderdale’s tallest building, with two cranes planned to reach nearly 688 feet during construction. Beyond residences, Andare will include 280 parking spaces, more than 3,200 square feet of restaurant space, and expansive amenity offerings. Interiors are being designed by famed Italian firm Pininfarina, with architecture by Cohen Freedman Encinosa, as demolition of the on-site sales center clears the way for full vertical construction.
