Sweetcorn with Paprika, Lemon & Garlic Butter. Padron Peppers. Tomato and Bean Salad. Pretty excited to see ears of corn at the market today. Used the recipe from my book as a basis for the butter. Blanching rather than grilling the corn for speed purposes more than anything. Chickpeas and white beans mixed well with very ripe tomatoes and lots of chives. Sourdough for mopping up buttery juices 🌽🌶🧄🍅
