I used 15lbs, but feel free to use any weight that challenges ya 🌺🌺 - Weighted back to curtsy lunge (1 min each side) - Glute bridge chest press (1 min) - Weighted glute bridge on heals (1 min) - Weighted glute bridge on toes (1 min) - Glute bridge hold lift & lower heals (1 min) - Mountain climber finisher (1 min) Repeat 3 times!! I know it looks easy but I promise you’ll be feeling it soonnn ;)
