👀 Our 2022 wrapup continues with October’s THE FOUR PILLARS by Texan artist Eli Durst: a probing challenge to American fantasies of self-improvement and community. @durzt’s collaborations with community groups striving to better themselves began in Newtown, CT, where church group The Four Pillars met to interrogate their privileges and desires in the wake of the Sandy Hook atrocities. Durst blends staged and documentary images in his signature dry, sardonic visual style. We produced this flexible silkscreened blue hardcover in close collaboration with Eli: a manual on how (or not) to live your life. #elidurst #loosejoints #photobook
