It’s a joke, y’all. I’m actually quite adept at concealing my assets. I’ve had classmates go on vacation with me and be like, “where did that come from?” 😭 or ask if I practice a specific sector of Christianity because they never see me in jeans and always in dresses. As I’ve gotten older, I have less patience for thinking through how uneasy my body may make others feel or the attention it may draw. I’m at a point, where I’m gonna wear what I want to wear. Of course, I still have those moments when I agonize over how I’m gonna get this butt to not look as big, but those times are minimal and usually centered around school/hospital/conferences. Can anyone relate?
