It’s Trans Awareness Week. Well... I guess I am already aware, every single day. Often not voluntarily and mostly out of a cis perspective, that is just so overly present and sticky and hard work not to internalize. So... this year, instead of education, trauma porn and numbers, I thought about what transness means to me at the moment. Feeling from my soft quietness and warm excitement. And what I sense, desires and deserves more spotlight, love and celebration. And so, this week I want to honor here five trans soft spots that I feel present in this moment in my life.
