Today: I finally made time to go to the #obgyn for a Pap smear. I made an appointment for my first mammogram and Pelvic sonogram I made an appointment to get a physical. This feels like self care to me. As women we are constantly taking care of everyone else and not putting our selves first. There is also a bit of dread going into these appointments. Knowing your family history can be scary and traumatic for a lot of us. Ignorance is bliss🙋🏽‍♀️I encourage my beautiful sisters to get your annual checkups and Mammograms.
