So as many of you know, I was completely over the moon when @katebushmusic ‘s 1985 single #runningupthathill started to chart again because of its placement and significance in the fourth season of the uber smash hit @netflix series @strangerthingstv . The song is incorporated into the emotional arc and storyline extremely well, largely due to the incredibly moving scenes that featured the smart, teenaged , socially awkward and deeply traumatized character Max , portrayed masterfully by actress @sadiesink_ . So how thrilled was I when I saw her name on my list of potential subjects , being as she was in town with #brendanfraser to promote the much buzzed about new @darrenaronofsky flick @thewhalemov, at @tiff_net . I was so excited to be able to meet and thank this talented actress for being a major factor in the Kate Bush renaissance that erupted all summer , never mind the fact that Max is my favorite character on the show . Sadie arrived looking flawless , and was so much fun to work with...there’s way to many beautiful shots of her to post, but here are four selects that really stood out to me ... can’t wait to see her in #TheWhale this fall and then after that , (hopefully ) the return of Max in season 5 of #strangerthings .
