Never in my years of training in sport have I ever learned to rotate and twist my body. From weightlifting to CrossFit, core to extremity is most important and creating solid, stable and rigid movements are often the most efficient way to move. Golf completely shatters everything I ever knew.. rotating and twisting all while using power and speed.
