it’s august so the fall mugs must make their appearance🎃🦇don’t get me wrong, I am super super excited about fall and hot tea and cozy blankets and reading in the rain - but I also wanted to take a moment to thank summer by dedicating the rest of August to appreciating it for what it is. the perfect middle ground between fall leaves and ocean waves. I’m sitting outside and I’m writing this into my journal (soon to be transcribed over to this here instagram caption), and I’m in a sense of gratitude for this very moment. It’s not too hot, not too cold. the leaves are still green but I’m wearing fuzzy socks.
