An extremely special moment we will never forget. Being part of this project & getting the opportunity to share a message with my peers that is bigger than hockey and, quite frankly, all sports, was the honour of a lifetime. Racial Inequality is a societal issue that we are tackling head on. My journey started with not a lot of support and was dark and lonely at times. Now, for myself and others to be comfortable speaking our truths to power for the whole world to see & hear is something I will forever be grateful to this film for displaying. I thank all of you from the bottom of my heart for being open enough to accept and educate yourself on the plight of the Black community. This is how change begins.
