I only went and won!! This week @healthwellbeinguk announced the winners of their Health and well-being awards. I was nominated as a finalist alongside the fantastic @fearnecotton in the best well-being book category. I have pretty high self esteem overall but I really didn’t think I’d win this, I was chuffed enough that be a finalist with such awesome humans. My category was judged by the incredible @marisapeertherapy and I couldn’t be more grateful to have won.
