🏔We can be so focused on the end result we just cannot wait to get there. It looks good there, it feels good thinking about getting there but our emotions are deciding our actions here, where is the logic?

⛰We look at others, & doubt our own journey😪

👉It perfectly normal to be all up in the emotions, they do drive us, but in the emotion of it all we don't see the rest, we forget the rest.

💭There will always be something you want, & when you get there it feels like .Next!!!!
💭It's actually the journey & not the destination that is the real gift.

💭If you try to do it all at once, you are likely to get in a mess, miss the mini milestones & be shattered mid way. By the time you do get there, if you haven't already said "too much" you'll be so tired you've won't enjoy any of it.

💭Your journey is unique.

💭You'll run out of steam this way, feel burnt out, upset, afraid, anxious & that will be a normal human response, after all that. Your human self needs balance

WHAT TO DO?

TIPS 👇

🌈Picturing the end goal, It feels good, this is good because you are motivated, you ll get there but try to enjoy it. Plan the mini milestones with some TO BE & ENJOY time in the schedule. Every mini milestone, stop enjoy the moment, congratulate your small victory, look around, take it all in. Whats the view like?

✒You need a plan written down, instead of trying to do it all in your head.

❤In all plans, include your human needs. You need balance to get you to the top, healthy & happy.

🤗Only look at others for inspiration. If you find yourself worried you're not in the same place, come away, re asses🗣I am where I am, I will take the time I need on my own journey. No pressure from my own need to compare. I am doing great.

🌧If it doesn't feel good, maybe looking at the whole mountain is putting you off. Chunk it down into small ones. Look better?
