With a few simple lifestyle changes you can turn time into your friend, instead of your enemy 💛
I’ve been getting so many amazing dms lately from so many lovely men and women who have told me how finding this page and following my tips and tricks has changed their lives.
When I get these messages it honestly makes it all worth while.
What are the best habits to adopt?
1) eat protein at every meal, and I mean quality protein. I eat 30 grams of protein at every meal and it never gets boring. You’d be surprised to know that I’m not eating big plates of meat at every meal either. Planning things properly keeps your meals balanced and tasty
2) don’t snack. It’s the fast track to eating Willy Nilly and just not getting enough of the right nutrients into your body. Eat balanced meals instead ❤️
3. Move! I now track my steps and aim to maintain 8 k daily steps. It’s not stressful for the body and it’s great for stress, the heart and lungs and overall well being
4) train with weights! You don’t even need to join a gym. Just collect some essential pieces of gym equipment and train with me at home using my app!
5) manage your stress! So underrated in the hectic modern world. I avoid a lot of negativity, I surround myself with good people, read good books and listen to good podcasts, and I meditate and journal. It works! ❤️
6) get plenty of deep sleep. 😴 it’s how the body recovers and renews itself.
7) drink more water! Easy win!
8) be kind to others and to yourself. A random smile can go a long way to lifting up someone’s else’s spirits, and inadvertently your own too 😉
Those are some of my top tips and I’m sure I could write pages more.
