nutrient dense meal prep recipe !! ๐๐ these meat muffins are a great way to use up leftovers and have a great batch of protein in your fridge two of these will have nearly 30g of quality protein ! hereโs how i did it: 1. cook up 1/2 onion, 3 cloves garlic, and any veggies you have lying around, I used bell pepper and mushrooms. 2. Add this to a bowl with 1 lb ground beef, 1 egg, and a teaspoon of salt 3. Bake these in a muffin tray at 350F until cooked through, about 25-30 minutes. 4.
