Ice ice bath baby! 12 bags of ice🧊! Dirk wanted to do an ice bath on his birthday and anyone who knows me knows I’m always cold. And I complain about it all the time lol. But I love him and there are so many benefits to ice baths, so I did it! Not a smooth entry for me, but I slept so hard last night, my skin feels great, and I’m pretty sure I’ll be doing it again soon. 🧊
