‘Ballymastocker Bay of Portsalon’ I’ve always found this winding road really fascinating! how it winds its way down this hillside, like a giant snake about to slither back into the sea 🐍. Towering over the western shore of Lough Swilly this hilltop commands spectacular views over Ballymastocker Beach & Portsalon in the distance. Knockalla hill has one of the most uniquely beautiful views to be found throughout Ireland. A few years ago, this beach was voted second place as the most beautiful beach in the world! Merely missing 1st place to a paradise island in the Seychelles. Not too shabby for a beach on the corner of Donegal 🏖
