Did you know that October is also #EczemaAwarenessMonth? Eczema is a skin condition that presents as an itchy rash, and can negatively impact one’s quality of life. 20.2% of African American children in the United States have some form of eczema. In fact, African American children have the highest prevalence compared to other ethnicities. I will be sharing more facts about eczema throughout the week, so stay tuned for more information!
