Storytime: Me and bestie were celebrating her big 40th this weekend and man we had a TIME! In the process of enjoying this weekend.... She met this gentleman that invited us to this FABULOUS 5* BLACK OWNED restaurant called @CAVIARegdewater located right in Edgewater, NJ. When I say from the time we walked in the ambience SCREAMED fine dining I was in love! This is only part 1 of my recap! Victor(Server) was so exquisite, knowledgeable, charming and beyond a delight in conversation we listened to ALL of his recommendations and it was a HIT! The food was seasoned to PERFECTION we left NOTHING on the plates and the key star CAVIAR was the BEST I’ve ever tasted. So buttery it melted in your mouth! Omg I almost drooled writing this!!! It came with mini pancakes, potato fritters, photo chips and cream with chives as options to pair. For appetizers we had 6 Oysters 3 charred and 3 raw this was paired with a vinaigrette and hot sauce on the side.😋 Our follow up was King Crabs ready to eat and we ATE ALL OF IT!!!👌🏾 My main was Surf & Turf: This came with lollipop lamb chops cooked to perfection and a yummy lobster tail with glazed carrots, Lord I’m having so many flashbacks!😩🤭 Lastly we indulged in their dessert called “Special AF” and honestly you have to go and experience it for yourself.
