Already accomplished one of my 2023 goals! Race a non-running race: ✅ (But still would like to do a bike race too 👀) I’ve been spectating a lot of nordie races lately (thanks @logandiekmann ) so I wanted to see what all the hullabaloo was about. This week I joined a local masters ski team and today we had our first team race/TT! I went with the 10k distance and wow, so tough esp at 8300’ 🥵 but we did make sure to wear our race sparkles ✨ and that’s the fastest I’ve ever skied a 10k so the stoke is high. Yay for getting out there and trying new things and stepping outside of comfort zones. 2023 is off to a banger start! 🥳 #nordies #happy2023 #xcski
