Let's "face" it, I've changed.... Yes I've lost weight, but my journey isn't just about Weightloss. It's always been about taking back my health and making better overall health choices daily so that I can live longer! I've changed physically, mentally, and spiritually. It didn't happen overnight... it happened over time! Changing my mindset, Prayer, Fasting, Meal prepping, Working out, and VSG are all tools that have helped me on my journey and still help today! My journey isn’t perfect, I still struggle at times. The only difference is I don’t quit. I try to eat better and I make moving my body daily a priority!
