After 24 years of watching Steve do Tai chi and never taking it up, I'm finally about to take this new Tai chi course. (He's the Tai chi instructor for the Black Karate Federation.) 😍 My prep work from Steve: A Qigong technique, Ball of Chi. I rubbed my hands until I felt a ball of heat, relaxing to make it grow.
