What a year. Every time I reflect on time passed or mentally try to round up what happened in a year, I always end up coming back to one constant. People. It’s always the people. The only thing that carries real weight or feels certain. Looking back at this wild year the thing at the core of all of my warmest memories are my people. My family, my chosen family, old friends, new friends, there’s truly nothing more meaningful. I wish for you to be surrounded by people who see you, love you and celebrate with you. Who help to carry you through the darker times and navigate the complexities of life beside you. That’s all I wish for in the new year. More connection, laughter, conversation, love.
