Also, be aware of the ingredients in your hair care products. My forehead acne was one of the toughest things to lessen. I noticed a significant reduction in my forehead acne when I changed my hair products. Most of the hair care products I used before had a lot of oils that caused whiteheads and breakouts, so make sure to check the ingredients just in case! Finally, one of the most important things I wish I knew sooner: make sure to apply your sunscreen EVERY DAY! Sunscreen is one of the most important steps in your skincare routine as it protects the skin from the sun’s UV rays!
