Contender peaches are open for Pick-Your-Own today until 5pm (last entry ~4pm or so). Contender is a medium-sized sweet and juicy freestone peach with red blushed skin, yellow flesh and a tiny pit. This is a versatile variety, also great for baking and canning. We expect they will last into the weekend but we'll update this post if and when picking becomes light. Additional globe peach varieties ripen into September so please stay tuned for updates! 🌻 We also have sunflowers for picking all weekend! Please note the Winery Taproom is open for drinks and snacks 2-5pm today and closing early for a private event this evening (sorry no pizza night). However, join us for lunch this weekend as @oysterpartybk is serving fresh shucked oysters and lobster rolls 12-5pm both Saturday and Sunday. Enjoy the weekend!
