Slim picking arriving home from Belgium and then music festival straight away. So putting the cheese we got from Orval & Chimay to good use. Handy pack of tortillas from the freezer. Made a quick tomato sauce with some spices, mainly coriander and paprika. Jar of @boldbeanco organic white beans saving the day by reducing cooking time significantly. Green tomatoes harvested from the garden and blitzed with white onion for a cooling sauce. Pretty happy with the results. Glass of beer to ease the reintroduction back to reality 🧀🌶🌿🍻
