Life Lately🧘🏽‍♀️ | This last month I’ve been hella focused on getting my health back right cause *full transparency* I was getting out of damn hand!!! Grief had me eating CFA and ice cream nonstop just to leave me feeling worse🥲 I had to 1. check my bad habits and 2. remind myself that it’s never too late for a fresh start SO here’s to more sweating, more stretching, more fruits/veggies and more taking care 👏🏽 Sn: always got my @flow water on me!
