Replying to @pecnil i need to learn how to make the red coconut curry now INGREDIENTS: • 4 tbsp Tamarind paste NOT concentrate • 35 g Palm sugar • 3 tbsp water • 2 tbsp Fish sauce • 1⁄4 cup chopped Shallots • 2 tbsp Dried shrimp • 3 tbsp Sweet preserved daikon • 1 tsp chili flakes • 2 Eggs • 1⁄4 cup Roasted peanuts • 4 oz Rice noodles (medium) • Bean sprouts • 7- 10 stalks Garlic chives or green onion •1 tbsp minced garlic • 1 lb Shrimp • 1 lb Chicken • Lime to serve • 3 oz pressed tofu DIRECTIONS: 1) To make the sauce, camrelize the palm sugar then add water once melted down. Then add in the tamarind paste and fish sauce. Cook on a low simmer until sugar dissolves then set aside. 2) In a pan, add in protein you want to cook then set aside. Then add in minced garlic, chopped shallots, dried shrimp, the sweet radish preserves, and chili flakes. Then add in the rice noodles that were soaked for an hour in room temp water. Add in the sauce and stir until the noodles absorb the sauce. Push the noodles to the side and scramble 2 eggs in the pan. 3) Add back in the chicken and shrimp, add in bean sprouts, scallion, and peanuts and stir until all mixed together, then serve with lime and enjoy :)) #thailand #thaifood #noodles #noodlerecipe #easyrecipe #cookingtiktok
