• @nicoleallenhair Bead size is important! Choosing the right gauge of bead for I-tips ensures that the extensions will not slip out. This video shows what a bead looks like that is too big and too small for different sizes of I-Tips. Why are I-Tips different sizes??? . . Grams per pack stays consistent with Bellami I-Tips. This mean that no matter the length, there are 25 grams/pack. So the shorter hair strands (16”) end up being a tiny bit thicker with bigger tips than the longest length (24”). Also, micro I-Tips (being half the size of the standard I-Tips) have the smaller tips as well and this require a smaller bead for proper fit. . . This chart gives you the guidelines for what bead to use with each length of extensions. Notice a couple of lengths fall in two categories. This means either bead size would work, but I like to stay with the smaller bead size whenever possible as long as the tip fits into the bead without force. . .
