this sleeping pack has an extremely light gel texture with a burst of hydration. it has a mild cooling effect and has a refreshing scent from the plant extracts. the star ingredients include hyalu-cica formula, ceramide and melatonin. honestly, i don't see any effect from the melatonin so i believe it's just in the ingredients for marketing purposes. i mean i don't expect my skincare to help me sleep 🤷🏻‍♀️ 
this sleeping pack is so lightweight, it feels like i haven't used anything on my skin. when my eczema is flaring up, this literally does nothing 🥲 it doesn't lock in moisture or help to repair my skin barrier. i've resorted to using this more for its hydrating properties (aka as a serum step) and layer my usual cream over it. i also end up using a lot of product so that it actually hydrates my skin. 
overall, it's not a bad product but it just doesn't fulfil my skin's needs 🫠 the only time i'll use this is as an after sun care product to soothe heated skin. it's more suitable for those with really oily skin.
