Today was great! I still can’t believe that I had the opportunity to cook my food at the James Beard House! The inspiration behind my food comes from all things that I love cultures that I study, art that I enjoy and much more (that I would love to explain if you really want to know hahah) the dish that I got the chance to present today was simply all of those things in one! I was so happy to hear that everyone enjoyed my art of my food and I look forward to sharing it much more ❤️
