Honestly, with how fast time flies after the pandemic, it’ll be here before we know it. 2. What percentage of the building is sold? We’re 40% sold. It’s actually a great time to come in- we still have an excellent range of floor plans and inventory to choose from. 3. How large are the residences? Our residences were intentionally designed to live like single-family homes, not condos. One-bedrooms start at 960 SF, and four-bedrooms range up to 4,400 SF. (And yes, we’re quietly working on new PH layouts 🤫) 4. Who’s buying? For the most part, the neighbors! Over half of our buyers already reside in the Grove, either in homes or waterfront condos.
