This last week, I’ve been Phone Banking for the Liberal Party of Canada and I just want to say, it’s been so fun—almost addictive. From the old Nonna who needed a ride to the polls, to the Afghan refugee who shared her incredible story fleeing the Taliban, to all the sweet people whose names I could barely pronounce but who listened to me anyway, thank you! What a wonderful reminder of the diversity of our country. People do feel hopeful. And they do feel lucky. What a nice reminder! #elxn44 @justinpjtrudeau @liberalca
