To make these simmer pot bags, I used 3-4 dried orange slices, 2-3 persimmon, 3 cinnamon sticks, 3 star anise seeds, about 1 cup of fresh cranberries, and a sprig of fresh rosemary but you can use your favourite dried fruit and herbs. Add everything to a pot with water and bring to a boil, lower to a simmer and enjoy the scent.
