When it comes to personal wellness and maintaining your peace, it is of the utmost importance to check the vibe. Are you surrounding yourself with the people, places and experiences that bring you joy? When all is said and done, is your heart full or do you feel depleted? Our feelings and emotions are great indicators of whether or not we are in alignment with our true self. Learning to step back and observe my feelings without judgment has been one of the many beautiful gifts I receive from my yoga practice. Feeling good or bad doesn’t have to be good or bad; it can simply be an indication of whether or not something is right in that moment. As we practice awareness and intention with our attention, we can see more clearly what feels right and what feels true.
