Nordic skiing isn’t the only Nordic thing I’ve been doing lately! I’ve always been a big fan of Nordic hamstring curls so I’m making it another one of my 2023 goals to be able to lower myself all the way to the ground by the end of the year. This has been a great posterior chain exercise that always makes me feel like a stronger runner!
Tips:
•try to keep your hips and shoulders in one plane for as long as possible with a flat back
•I like to touch my hamstrings during the exercise as a cue to use my hamstrings and glutes and not let my back curve (looks funny but you gotta protect your back)
