Today @sarahroullier & I had the pleasure of spending our morning with Sophie at the @commanders practice! @thehogfarmers are an amazing organization that work with pediatric cancer patients and they connected us with Sophie, a five year old little girl who was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. It was such an amazing day celebrating her ❤️
